Project Objectives
The goal was to revitalize user engagement and drive app downloads after previous designs underperformed. I led brand strategy planning to boost awareness and took on diverse roles in design, strategy, and content creation.
I developed new visuals for social media, app store listings, emails, and ads. Additionally, I created partnership materials, such as wall boards and brochures, to enhance collaborations. To attract more investors, I refreshed the annual report and crafted presentation decks to support the sales team.
Through targeted strategies, A/B testing, and optimized app store listings, I significantly increased downloads, engagement, and revenue.




Achievements
One of the most profound projects I worked on at Tinybeans was for the One Fine Baby Expo in Sydney. I received the project confirmation at the last minute, leaving me just three days to turn everything around. Despite the tight timeline, I designed a comprehensive set of materials, including a wall board, brochures, and a crew kit.
The results were remarkable:
our team engaged in conversations with 10 potential new brand partners
drew in 800-1,000 visitors to our booth over two days
distributed 420 pamphlets showcasing our offerings
successfully collected 326 email addresses.
This initiative not only highlighted our brand but also set the stage for future collaborations.



MOM 365 Email Series: Achieved a remarkable 75% conversion rate within 21 days, reflecting strong user engagement and effective messaging strategies.
New Onboarding Email: Improved conversion rate to 52%, exceeding the previous email by 16%, demonstrating the success of the revamped content and design.
New Google Ads Campaign: Generated a 32% increase in click-through rate (CTR), showcasing the effectiveness of the redesigned ads in capturing user interest and driving traffic.
